Motorcycle Drop Guards for Harley Davidson Motorcycles (BACK-ORDERED)

The Harley-Davidson Motorcycle Drop Guard Full Kit adds durable contact points to compatible OEM front highway bars and rear saddle bag bars. If the motorcycle tips over during a drill, parking-lot maneuver, or low-speed ride, the guards help protect the bars they attach to and keep nearby bags, paint, and other expensive components farther from the ground.

Each full kit includes two Front Drop Guards, two Rear Saddle Bag Bar Drop Guards, one Primary Guard, mounting hardware, and access to detailed online installation instructions.

Choose the finish that matches your motorcycle:

• Black Powder Coat Gloss delivers a clean, durable appearance designed to blend with black factory bars and trim. (Includes Grade 8 black oxide screws.)
• Polished Stainless Steel provides a premium, corrosion-resistant finish that complements chrome and bright components.

Both finishes use the same proven Drop Guard design and provide the same fit and function.

Harley-Davidson Fitment

The Front Motorcycle Drop Guards fit compatible Harley-Davidson touring motorcycles equipped with standard OEM 1.25-inch front highway bars, also commonly called crash guards. Confirm your motorcycle model, year, and front and rear bar setup before ordering.

Models with lower fairings or the Harley-Davidson Chopped Engine Guard can also use the Front Motorcycle Drop Guards when equipped with the compatible bar configuration.

The Rear Motorcycle Drop Guards attach to standard Harley-Davidson OEM 7/8-inch rear saddle bag bars. 

The Primary Guard

The Primary Guard is only required for Harley-Davidson touring motorcycles from 2016 and newer. It is included with every Harley-Davidson full kit at no additional charge.

Grade 8 black oxide screws are included with the Primary Guard. Please review the related installation video for additional information about why these screws are used instead of stainless steel hardware. The screws may be replaced with stainless steel hardware, but doing so is not recommended.
