Refunds will only be issued for any order cancelled within the first 24 hrs of an order being placed.  

Please be advised: 

There are no Refunds, Cancellations or Returns, once a shipping label has been generated and a tracking number assigned to the order.

MDG Products will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged orders after being received and scanned by the shipping courier. 

SHOULD A REFUND AND OR RETURN BE OFFERED and OR ACCEPTED, THE CUSTOMER WILL AGREE TO PAY ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS AND ANY AND ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE REFUND/RETURN BEING PROCESSED TO BE ACCEPTED, INCLUDING CHARGEBACKS TO MDG PRODUCTS FOR DISPUTES ASSOCIATED WITH THE ORDER.  MDG PRODUCTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO USE VARIOUS SHIPPPING COURIERS IN ORDER TO ALLOW THE MOST EXPEDIENT SCHEDULING AND DELIVERY OF ORDERS.

 Motorcycle Drop Guards are specialty items, specifically made, and inspected prior to each order being shipped to ensure quality control for our customers as such, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!  Should a return order be received there will a $150 inspection and refurbish fee.

 International Orders

The Refund / Cancellation/Return/Shipping Policy will be the same for Domestic and International Orders.
